“Operation Quantum Reparations“.

his challenge is undertaken in response
to your public behaviors and decisions,
which have negatively impacted the international community.
The aim of the game will be to constructively resolve our differences,
while adhering to the principles of fair play.
I await your response
and readiness to accept the rules of the game,
which have been defined in the

Game Initiation Protocol.

I believe that this competition will bring valuable lessons
and solutions for both sides.
